Our teachers come from many backgrounds and share a faith that an excellent education, grounded in values, can transform our young people and our communities. And as educators in the Partnership, our teachers receive the research-backed curricula, professional development, and sustained coaching that help both students and teachers thrive. Teaching assistants and teaching fellows also make a crucial difference in our schools — and in the process, many find a pathway to teaching that is right for them. We welcome educators with non-traditional experiences and preparation.
